Trillium+plus SIGTRAN

  • SIGTRAN (SS7 over IP) Fault-Tolerant Highly Available Solution
  • Trillium and Management Software

Trillium+plus SIGTRAN is a pre-integrated signaling solution that enables rapid deployment of standards-based Signaling System 7 (SS7) over IP used in Short Message Service Centers (SMSCs), Home / Visitor Location Registers (HLRs/VLRs), Mobile Switching Centers (MSCs), Serving GPRS Support Nodes (SGSNs), and other core network components.

Trillium+plus SIGTRAN is a pre-packaged solution consisting of:

  • Trillium+plus high performance fault-tolerant SIGTRAN stack binary
  • Integrated management software with persistent database

Trillium+plus SIGTRAN includes the complete features and functionality of SIGTRAN network resources that can be managed by standard network management software. The Trillium+plus integrated management layer combines stack configuration, alarming, reporting, fault management, and element management functions.

The software will provide multiple customer interface options for industry-standard management Application Program Interfaces (APIs). A C++ API, Command Line Interface (CLI) and Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) are available.

Trillium+plus SIGTRAN also offers a high-level API for MAP, TCAP, SCCP, and ISUP protocols that facilitates rapid integration necessary for a carrier-class signaling deployment solution; the package is available for Linux-based operating systems.
