Company Recognized for 352 Percent Growth Over Past Five Years

SAN DIEGO – October 15, 2007 – Continuous Computing, global provider of integrated systems and services that enable telecom equipment manufacturers (TEMs) to rapidly deploy Next Generation Networks (NGN), has been named number 17 in Deloitte’s prestigious Technology Fast 50 Program for San Diego. The rankings of the 50 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, and life sciences companies in the area are compiled by Deloitte & Touche USA LLP, one of the nation’s leading professional services organizations. Rankings are based on the percentage revenue growth over five years from 2002-2006.

“Deloitte is excited to honor Continuous Computing as one of the successful, dynamic companies named to the 2007 Technology Fast 50 list in San Diego,” said Theresa Drew, Managing Partner, San Diego Practice, Deloitte & Touche LLP. “We congratulate these businesses on their contribution to the vitality of San Diego and wish them continued growth in years to come.”

To qualify for the Technology Fast 50, companies must have had operating revenues of at least $50,000 in 2002 and $5,000,000 in 2006 and be headquartered in North America. In addition, the company must own proprietary technology or proprietary intellectual property that contributes to a significant portion of the company’s operating revenues or devotes a significant proportion of revenues to the research and development of technology. Using other companies’ technology or intellectual property in a unique way does not qualify.

“We’re honored that a prestigious organization such as Deloitte & Touche has recognized our exponential growth and lasting successes of the past five years,” said Mike Dagenais, chief executive officer at Continuous Computing. “We look forward to maintaining our momentum as we continue to deploy leading edge products and services for telecommunications equipment manufacturers.”

Companies from the 16 regional Technology Fast 50 programs in the United States and Canada are automatically entered in Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 program, which ranks North America’s top 500 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences companies.
