Veteran Telecommunications Executive Brian Brown Joins Leading Integrated Systems Provider

SAN DIEGO – November 13, 2007 – Continuous Computing, global provider of integrated systems and services that enable telecom equipment manufacturers (TEMs) to rapidly deploy Next Generation Networks (NGN), today announced that seasoned technology industry veteran Brian Brown is joining the company as senior vice president of sales and field operations. Brown has an extensive background in high-technology sales, marketing, product management, and business development with a focus on the telecommunications field. Brown brings more than 28 years of leadership experience to the Continuous Computing management team, as well as a proven track record of substantially growing revenue, improving market share, and increasing product margins and profit. In his new role, Brown will be responsible for direct sales, distribution channels, field sales engineering, customer program management, sales operations, and other customer support functions.

Brown comes to Continuous Computing from Terawave Communications, Inc., a global manufacturer of converged access and multi-service networking solutions for service providers, government, and enterprise customers. As the senior vice president of global sales and sales engineering, Brown played a key role in rebuilding the sales force and transitioning the company into a consultative selling organization. Brown has also held management positions with Alcatel Network Systems, Optical Solutions, Inc., and Harris Broadcast Communications Division. Brown holds both a law degree and a master’s degree in business administration from DePaul University and a bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University.
