Trillium Announces Availability of Second-Generation Poster

Enables Communications Industry Professionals to Navigate Network Complexity

LOS ANGELES - February 23, 1999 - Trillium Digital Systems, Inc., the leading provider of communications software solutions, is pleased to announce the availability of its second-generation poster, illustrating the relationship between equipment, protocols and technologies used in the global communications network. Trillium's poster offers a comprehensive and detailed representation of telephony, data, wireless and Internet networks, along with a glossary of communications terminology and a listing of relevant international organizations and technical standards.

Trillium has distributed more than 20,000 copies of its original poster to executive management, engineers and other professionals in the communications industry and financial community. Trillium's poster has become the de facto reference tool for understanding the complex interrelationships between the various elements of the communications network. Reflecting the constantly changing nature of the network, the updated poster includes illustrations of leading new technologies, such as new Internet services, third-generation wireless, General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) and wireless ATM.

"The demand for Trillium's poster has been extraordinary," said Jeff Lawrence, president and CEO of Trillium Digital Systems. "Trillium's poster reflects the increasing convergence of previously disparate communications networks and technologies. We are very pleased to offer a reference tool that is helpful for everyone, from laypersons learning about networks to experts who are designing and building the network of the future."

To receive Trillium's new poster, visit our booth (#1377) at the Computer Telephony Expo to be held at the Convention Center in Los Angeles, California, between March 2-4, 1999. If you are unable to attend the show, but would still like to receive a poster, please register your request at our web site: http://www.ccpu.com/

Continuous Computing acquired the portable software business of Trillium Digital Systems from Intel Corporation in February 2003.
