Media Alert: Continuous Computing Introduces Pragmatic, Step-By-Step Guide To Deploying IMS In New White Paper At CTIA Wireless

What:

Continuous Computing Corporation, global provider of Network Service-Ready Platforms that enable telecom equipment manufacturers to rapidly deploy converged communications, will be showcasing a step-by-step practical white paper on how to implement IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) from the vendor perspective at CTIA Wireless 2006 in Las Vegas. The white paper is part of the company's recent announcement regarding its ability to deliver "100% IMS" Trillium protocol software building blocks.

Entitled "Successful IMS Implementation Methodologies: Steps for Streamlining the Integration Process", this white paper will offer best-practices business approaches and real-world "bridging" strategies for reducing the costs and complexities of communications convergence. Practical tips and timelines also will be provided for adding new network hardware and software as part of a systematic, layered IMS approach.

This second IMS white paper is part of a three-part series. The first installment, called "Transforming Network Architectures: An Integrated Approach to Jumpstarting Delivery of Next-Generation Services", was released at the 3GSM World Congress in February.

Another company highlight at CTIA includes a 3G IMS demo showcasing Continuous Computing's versatile Wireless and VoIP infrastructure, illustrating the wide range of functionality available with the company's AdvancedTCA and Trillium product solutions.
