UPTech products include a full line of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) products for carriers and enterprises, ranging from an Integrated Access Device (IAD) to call management and softswitch products. - Will Continuous Computing acquire all of the UPTech products?
No. Continuous Computing will acquire many but not all of the products; for example, the IAD (Integrated Access Device) product line is not part of the acquisition. - What markets have the UPTech products served?
