Continuous Computing Appoints Spencer Lawes OEM Sales Director for National Accounts

SAN DIEGO, CA - June 1, 2001 - Continuous Computing Corporation (CCPU), the leading provider of Voice-over-Packet platform solutions for telecom equipment manufacturers, today announced the appointment of Spencer Lawes as OEM Sales Director for National Accounts.

Lawes has over 15 years of experience in telecommunications and as Continuous Computing's newest executive, will operate out of its San Diego headquarters.

Lawes, a native of the United Kingdom, has worked for Cisco, 3Com, and British Telecom, among others. Lawes is a graduate of the University of Kingston, Surrey.
