Continuous Computing, which provides integrated systems, telecommunications network infrastructure, and telecommunications protocol software solutions, has announced that Invigo chose its value added services or “VAS” solutions to power the company’s wireless device management, mobile client applications, roaming services, SMS, and call control solutions.

Continuous Computing’s VAS solutions consist of a pre-integrated combination of Trillium protocols, standards-based line cards, and integrated management software that has already been tested and certified for rapid deployment.

These solutions allow network equipment providers to accelerate time to market for their enhanced wireless services such as short message service, caller ID, roaming, E-911, ringback tones, and e-mail services.

“Continuous Computing’s Trillium signaling software is the foundation of our VAS solutions, which are an important sub-segment of 3G/LTE networks,” said Manish Singh, VP of product line management, Continuous Computing.

“VAS solutions serve as an add-on to primary applications, enhancing the value of these applications and providing a new revenue generator for mobile operators,” Singh said.

“Pre-integration is a key factor in helping NEPs achieve faster time to market while also meeting price objectives.”

With the help of VAS solutions from Continuous Computing, Invigo can design their own software or integrate commercial off-the-shelf building blocks for delivering innovative services to mobile operators.

Also, with their ability to accelerate time to market by 12 to 24 months, Continuous Computing’s VAS solutions increase return on investment over the life of the project by up to 50 percent.
