RMA Shipping Address Label
Please use the following shipping label to ship RMA hardware to Continuous Computing’s Hong Kong depot:
For a select few products/programs, you must ship RMA hardware to the Continuous Computing San Diego depot. If your product is under such a program, the Customer Program Manager for your account will inform you. Please Note!
Continuous Computing will impose a $250 Out of Warranty fee for the processing, testing, quoting, and handling of each RMA item returned to Continuous Computing that is Out of Warranty. The $250 Out of Warranty fee will be applied to any repairs that you authorize Continuous Computing to perform. To assist in the determination of Warranty Status, a simple and easy-to-use Warranty Validation tool is being added to the Website to determine the respective Warranty Status. If the product is within warranty it will be repaired at no additional charge. If the product is not in warranty you will be charged $250 for RMA processing and a quote for repairs will be provided to you for your evaluation. You will then have the option to have the product repaired for the amount of the quote or have the product returned to you without additional charge. The standard factory warranty for Continuous Computing is one year unless other wise agreed on by individual contract.
