ISO 9001 Certification
ISO 9001:2000 is the foundation of Continuous Computing's quality management system. Using the International Standards Organization (ISO) structure, the company has meticulously planned and documented its core processes while continuously monitoring and implementing improvements. For example, a structured New Product Introduction (NPI) process ensures the collection and understanding of customer requirements and the delivery of products and services that meet their expectations.
CMMI Certification
The Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) is a framework that helps organizations increase the maturity of their processes to improve long-term business performance. CMMI provides the latest best practices for product and service development, maintenance, and acquisition and helps integrate traditionally separate organizational functions, set process improvement goals and priorities, provide guidance for quality processes, and provide a point of reference for appraising current processes. Continuous Computing has achieved CMMI Level 3 status.
Continuous Computing also embraces the Telecommunication Industry's Quality standard, TL 9000, and has initiated a program to achieve compliance to these requirements.
