Mike Dagenais | President & Chief Executive OfficerMr. Dagenais joined Continuous Computing as president and CEO in December 2006. He was most recently CEO and president of Optical Solutions, Inc., a market leading supplier of fiber to the home access solutions. Mr. Dagenais led Optical Solutions through a period of unprecedented growth, culminating in the successful acquisition of Optical Solutions by Calix Networks, a large telecom equipment supplier focused on access solutions for broadband service delivery. He brings over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, including prior executive and management positions at Convergent Networks, Lucent, and Nortel. Mr. Dagenais has a M.Eng. and a B.Eng. in electrical engineering from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada. |

Amit Agarwal | Senior Vice President, EngineeringMr. Agarwal was named vice president of engineering in December 2006 and promoted to senior vice president in January 2008; in this capacity, Mr. Agarwal manages a worldwide team of hardware and software engineers who are building the next generation of products and services for telecom equipment manufacturers. Previously, Mr. Agarwal held company executive positions in field sales operations, engineering, and customer service. Prior to joining Continuous Computing in April 2003, Mr. Agarwal led various engineering teams at Intel Corporation and Trillium Digital Systems. Mr. Agarwal brings several years of experience in networking products, architecture, protocols, standards, and software for Voice over IP, cellular, broadband, mobile, telephony, and data networks. Mr. Agarwal has an M.S. in telecommunications engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology at Kharagpur. |

Brian Brown | Senior Vice President, Sales & Field OperationsMr. Brown joined Continuous Computing as senior vice president of sales and field operations in October 2007. He was most recently senior vice president of global sales and sales engineering of Terawave Communications, Inc., a global manufacturer of converged access and multi-service networking solutions for service providers, government, and enterprise customers. Mr. Brown brings more than 28 years of leadership experience, as well as a proven track record of substantially growing revenue, improving market share, and increasing product margins and profit from management positions with Alcatel Network Systems, Optical Solutions, Inc., and Harris Broadcast Communications Division. He holds both a law degree and a MBA from DePaul University, and a BA degree from Western Illinois University. |

Garrett Choi | Vice President, Business DevelopmentMr. Choi was named vice president of business development in January 2007 and is responsible for business development and mergers and acquisitions. He has held various executive leadership positions since joining the company in 2004, including general manager of the Trillium business unit and vice president of engineering. Previously he held positions as chief operating officer, vice president of engineering and vice president of business development at multiple Silicon Valley start-up companies. Prior to that, Mr. Choi held various cross-departmental leadership positions, including managing the technical proposal effort for winning telecommunications contracts totaling over $1.5 billion while at Lockheed-Martin. He was also responsible for the delivery of various complex electrical and mechanical systems at Hughes Space and Communications and Rockwell International, including systems currently in use by DirecTV and DISH Network and many currently in place on the International Space Station. Mr. Choi has a B.S. in engineering and applied science from the California Institute of Technology. |

Mike Coward | Chief Technology Officer & co-founderMr. Coward was appointed chief technology officer in June 2006, having recently served as general manager of the company's Platforms business unit. Since co-founding the company in 1998, he has held senior leadership positions in technology and engineering. Mr. Coward specializes in system architecture and the design of highly available redundant platforms, including the creation of the company's Ethernet-HA architecture which replaces the PCI bus with redundant Ethernet links and allows for the creation of highly scalable, distributed systems with superior redundancy and resiliency. Previously he worked in the telecom industry and was also the lead designer for an experiment flown on the NASA Space Shuttle Endeavor in 1996. Mr. Coward has an M.S. in electrical engineering from the California Institute of Technology. |

Bill Dow | Vice President, FinanceMr. Dow joined Continuous Computing as the vice president of finance in June 2005. In this capacity, he is responsible for all worldwide finance and accounting operations. Prior to joining Continuous Computing, Mr. Dow held executive finance positions at EWI Holdings, MP3.com and Data Tree Corporation. With 18 years of financial experience in privately and publicly funded high technology companies, Mr. Dow brings a strong track record of managing initial public offerings (IPOs), mergers & acquisitions and private equity closings. In addition, Mr. Dow has seven years experience working for PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Dow has a B.S. in accounting from San Diego State University and is a certified public accountant. |

Larry Nishnick | Vice President, General Counsel & SecretaryMr. Nishnick joined Continuous Computing in March 2003 and serves as vice president of general counsel & secretary. In this capacity, he is responsible for leading worldwide legal operations, managing acquisitions, and helping raise venture capital funding. He is also instrumental in negotiating, drafting and reviewing legal agreements pertaining to hardware sales, software licensing, and professional services. Mr. Nishnick also serves as a director of each of the company's worldwide subsidiaries. Previously, he was associate counsel at Cooley Godward LLP in the firm's securities and general counsel department where he served as outside counsel to a broad range of technology clients ranging from start-ups to well-established publicly held companies. Mr. Nishnick has experience in merger and acquisition-related negotiations, private and public capital-raising transactions, and other corporate-related matters. Mr. Nishnick holds a J.D. from University of San Diego School of Law, and a B.A. in economics from Washington & Jefferson College. |

Manish Singh | Vice President, Product Line ManagementMr. Singh was named vice president of product line management in January 2008. Most recently he served as Continuous Computing's vice president of field engineering and formerly as vice president of engineering. Mr. Singh is an experienced leader who brings 14 years of experience in telecommunications product design and development. Prior to Continuous Computing, Mr. Singh held various engineering management and architect positions at Intel Corporation, Trillium Digital Systems, and C-DOT (Center for Development of Telematics). Mr. Singh holds the patent as a sole inventor of “Configurable Cache” memory system (patent number: 7133997). Apart from broad telecom domain knowledge, Mr. Singh brings specialized expertise in the wireless and VoIP telecom technology areas. In 1998, he successfully led the development of 2G MSC at C-DOT and since has led various VoIP and 3G/IMS wireless product development. Mr. Singh has an M.S. degree in computer science from India Institute of Science, Bangalore and a B.S. degree in electronics and telecommunication from Shri G.S. Institute of Technology & Science, Indore. |

Robert Telles | Vice President, Manufacturing Operations & co-founderMr. Telles was named vice president of manufacturing operations for Continuous Computing in June 2006, most recently serving as deputy general manager of the Platforms business unit. Since co-founding the company, he has held senior leadership roles in manufacturing and operations. Mr. Telles brings extensive knowledge of the theory and practical implementation of corporate information systems such as MRP, PDM, inventory control, workflow routing, and document management. Previously he worked for Xerox on projects at the International Monetary Fund, US West, Sequent Computers and CTB. Mr. Telles has a B.A. degree in physics and mathematics from Occidental College. |

Brian Wood | Vice President, MarketingMr. Wood was named vice president of marketing in June 2006, formerly serving as Continuous Computing's director of marketing since April 2004. He leads all global marketing including public relations, web/online awareness, industry events, partner and product marketing, advertising, and sales tools. Previously Mr. Wood was director of marketing at Sorrento Networks, an optical networking systems vendor. He also held a variety of operational and business development roles at Rhythms, a nationwide DSL service provider, and NextWave Telecom, a nationwide wireless carrier. Mr. Wood has an M.S. degree in engineering management from Stanford University, a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Cornell University, and served as an F-14 Tomcat Radar Intercept Officer in the U.S. Navy. |
