CN (Shenzhen) Sales Administrator

Job Description

  • Process customer purchase orders utilizing the PeopleSoft ERP system.
  • Interface with schedulers and planners for ship dates and relay those dates to customers.
  • Prepare required shipping documents - ship requests and commercial invoices.
  • Provide support for the Sales team.
  • Prepare Purchase Order Agreements and coordinate with the legal department for processing.
  • Provide occasional reports for outside sales, engineering, and marketing.
  • Assist the finance department with resolving issues related to late payment and non-payment of invoices.
  • Attend weekly customer calls related to scheduling, priorities, and potential delays.

Requirements

  • BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Previous sales administration and/or inside sales experience.
  • Good command of the English language - both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft applications.
  • Prefer knowledge of PeopleSoft or some type of MRP system.
  • Good customer service skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment required
  • Must be a team player, highly organized, pay attention to detail, and have ability to prioritize.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with cross-functional departments and remote sales and management teams.
