Job Description
- Receive and transfer phone calls in a professional manner.
- Receive and direct visitors cordially.
- Book hotels and tickets.
- Distribute incoming letters, newspapers and faxes (2) times per day.
- Manage meeting rooms.
- Create and maintain a maintenance log for the building
- Contact Facility Vendors & make payment applications (Office rental, office utility, guardsmen service, cleaning service, copier rental, plant rental, stationary & Office supplies, drinking water, cockroach control, TCL parking fee)
- Office furniture purchases and relative expense reporting.
- Office facility maintenance and schedule (furniture, air-conditioning, lights and facility issue)
- Van Schedule, expense reporting and van maintenance expenses.
- Business Cards and Nameplates
- Employee & VIP Badges
- Outside Employee Activities
- Visitor/Welcome Contact
- CCCN Phone Listing – must be done every time there is a new hire.
- Apartment Coordinator
- Employee Services, Fruit, Snacks, purchase monthly and relative expense report.
- Baby and Wedding Gifts
- Other daily administrative affairs.
- Order flowers for front desk 1 time per month.
Requirements
- College degree or above, majored in English, Chinese, Secretary or others related.
- Speak clearly, pleasant voice, tidy appearance.
- Good English and Mandarin, fluent spoken English is a must.
- High sense of responsibility, working hard, patient, and excellent customer service spirit.
- Good manner of receptionist.
- Familiar with MS office software.
