Randy Lunn – Chairman, Palomar Ventures
Mr. Lunn is a founding partner of Palomar Ventures, a venture capital company focused on early stage investment in information technology companies that demonstrate the potential for exceptional growth and market leadership. Prior to starting Palomar Ventures in 1999, Mr. Lunn was managing partner of US operations at Techno Venture Management, an international venture capital firm, where he built a highly successful portfolio of investments that included Pairgain, SCM Microsystems, Concerto (AnswerSoft), Benchmarq Microelectronics, InVision (Quantum Magnetics), Dura, and CollaGenex. Prior to TVM, Mr. Lunn was a founder and general partner of Fairfield Venture Partners and made investments in Symbolics, Applied Digital Access, and Life Technologies. He began his career as a founder of Harrison Capital, the venture arm of Texaco, where he was responsible for investments in RF Monolithics, Iomega, Amgen, Compression Labs, MCC, Summa Four, and Synercom. Mr. Lunn graduated summa cum laude in engineering sciences and has BA, BE, and MBA degrees from Dartmouth College. He currently serves on the Board of Overseers of Dartmouth’s Thayer School of Engineering.
Mike Dagenais – President & CEO, Continuous Computing
Mr. Dagenais joined Continuous Computing as president and CEO in December 2006. He was most recently CEO and president of Optical Solutions, Inc., a market leading supplier of fiber to the home access solutions. Mr. Dagenais led Optical Solutions through a period of unprecedented growth, culminating in the successful acquisition of Optical Solutions by Calix Networks, a large telecom equipment supplier focused on access solutions for broadband service delivery. He brings over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, including prior executive and management positions at Convergent Networks, Lucent, and Nortel. Mr. Dagenais has a M.Eng. and a B.Eng. in electrical engineering from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada.
Bill Ingram – SVP Strategy, Leap Wireless
Bill Ingram has worked with Leap Wireless since 2007 and is the company’s senior vice president, strategy, overseeing the Company’s acquisitions, investments and strategic activities. Ingram has more than 20 years experience in leading telecommunications and technology businesses. He most recently served as president and CEO of Nuera Communications, an IP voice company that designs and produces telecommunications equipment for converged packet networks. Nuera was the successor company to Pacific Communication Sciences, Inc. where Bill was Chief Operating Officer of the Clarity Products Division. He holds a master’s of business administration degree from Harvard University and an undergraduate degree in economics from Stanford University.
Ken Sawyer – Managing Director, Saints Capital
Ken Sawyer is currently a Managing Director for Saints Capital, a firm focused on the acquisition of private equity interests on a secondary basis. Prior to founding Saints in 2000, Mr. Sawyer was the head of Strategic Advisory Services and M&A at Volpe Brown Whelan & Co. While at Volpe from 1996-99, Mr. Sawyer advised over 100 companies on strategic issues; assisted in completing several M&A transactions, private placements and IPOs; and reviewed and approved IPOs of internet and technology companies (as a member of the commitment committee). Mr. Sawyer previously worked at Colman Furlong, a merchant bank, and prior to that at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Sawyer earned both a B.S. with honors in Industrial Engineering and an M.B.A. from Stanford University. Mr. Sawyer currently is a board observer or board member at HK Systems, Cleargauge, Mirapoint and Sidestep.

Intel Capital, Intel’s strategic investment program, focuses on making equity investments and acquisitions to grow the Internet economy in support of Intel’s strategic interests. Intel Capital invests in hardware, software, and services companies in several market segments, including computing, networking, and wireless communications.
Continuous Computing is an Associate member of the Intel Embedded Alliance. The Intel Embedded Alliance is a member-based program comprised of communications and embedded developers and solution providers. Members are committed to providing a strategic supply of standards-based solutions to the communications and embedded market segments.
Samsung Ventures America
Samsung Ventures America manages US investment and investment-related activities for Samsung Electronics and Samsung Venture Investment Corporation from offices in San Jose, CA. The investment mandate for Samsung Ventures America tracks closely to the strategic priorities of Samsung Electronics’ core operating divisions, and encompasses investments in semiconductors, displays, telecommunications, and consumer electronics. Samsung Ventures America is currently actively investing in leading technology companies from a $300 million fund.
Technology Crossover Ventures
Founded in 1995, TCV is one of the largest private equity and venture capital firms focused solely on information technology companies. TCV is flexible in providing capital in a manner that addresses the goals of the management and shareholders of the companies in which it invests and takes both minority and majority positions and provide capital for growth, shareholder liquidity, acquisitions, buyouts and recapitalizations. TCV is active, long-term investors who stay involved with, and continue to invest in, portfolio companies through their IPOs and beyond.
